11. サービス提供時期
契約締結および決済完了後、速やかにサービス提供を開始いたします。
提供開始日は契約内容により個別に定めます。
12. 返品・キャンセルについて
本サービスは役務提供（デジタル・コンサルティング・人材支援サービス）の性質上、契約成立後のキャンセル・返金には原則として応じておりません。
ただし、当社の責に帰すべき事由によりサービス提供が不可能となった場合には、個別協議のうえ、合理的な範囲で返金対応を行います。
13. 中途解約について
契約内容に基づき、解約条件および精算方法を個別に定めます。

14. 表現およびサービスに関する注意書き
本サービスに示された成果や効果には個人差があり、必ずしも成果を保証するものではありません。

本サービスは、個別契約に基づくB2B取引を原則としています。

Service fees are individually quoted based on the scope and content of each project.
All prices displayed include Japanese consumption tax, unless otherwise specified.

- Bank transfer handling fees (if applicable)
- Internet connection fees and communication costs incurred by the customer

10. Payment Timing
- Credit Card: Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.
- Bank Transfer: Payment must be completed within 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
11. Service Delivery Timing
Services will commence promptly after contract execution and confirmation of payment.
The exact start date depends on the individual service agreement.
12. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our services (professional consulting, digital services, and talent acquisition support), cancellations and refunds after contract execution are generally not accepted.
However, in cases where service provision becomes impossible due to reasons attributable to our company, refunds will be handled upon mutual consultation and in a reasonable manner.
13. Contract Termination Policy
Conditions for early termination and settlement will be stipulated in each individual contract.
Please refer to the relevant service agreement for details.
