11. サービス提供時期
契約締結および決済完了後、速やかにサービス提供を開始いたします。
提供開始日は契約内容により個別に定めます。
12. 返品・キャンセルについて
本サービスは法人向けの業務支援サービスであり、契約成立後のキャンセルおよび返金には原則として応じておりません。
ただし、サービス提供開始前である場合に限り、当社の判断によりキャンセルを受け付ける場合があります。
キャンセルをご希望の場合は、契約成立後7日以内に、当社指定のメールアドレス宛にご連絡ください。
なお、提供済みのサービスについては返金の対象外となります。
13. 解約について
本契約の契約期間は 12か月間 とします。
契約期間満了日の 1か月前まで に、当社指定のメールアドレス宛に書面（電子メール）による解約の意思表示を行うことで、本契約を解約することができます。
14. 表現およびサービスに関する注意書き
本サービスに示された成果や効果には個人差があり、必ずしも成果を保証するものではありません。

- 研究者・技術者データベース構築およびマッチング支援
- 技術・研究テーマ探索支援
- 大学発ベンチャー創出支援
- 企業向け研究開発・新規事業開発コンサルティング
16. 取引条件・契約形態
本サービスは、個別契約に基づくB2B取引を原則としています。
契約条件の詳細は、個別契約書または業務委託契約書にて定めます。

7. Service Fees
From JPY200,000 per month (excluding tax)

- Bank transfer handling fees (if applicable)
- Internet connection fees and communication costs incurred by the customer

10. Payment Timing
- Credit Card: Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.
- Bank Transfer: Payment must be completed within 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
11. Service Delivery Timing
Services will commence promptly after contract execution and confirmation of payment.
The exact start date depends on the individual service agreement.
12. Refund and Cancellation Policy
This service is a business support service provided exclusively to corporate clients. As a general rule, cancellations and refunds are not accepted after the contract has been concluded.
However, if the service has not yet commenced, a cancellation may be accepted at the discretion of the Company.
If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact the Company at its designated email address within seven (7) days after the conclusion of the contract.
Please note that any services already provided are not eligible for a refund.
13. Contract Termination Policy
The term of this agreement shall be twelve (12) months.
This agreement may be terminated by providing written notice of termination by email to the Company’s designated email address at least one (1) month prior to the expiration of the contract term.
14. Disclaimer
Results and outcomes described in our services may vary depending on individual circumstances and conditions.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
15. Business Description
We provide the following services:

- Researcher and engineer database development and AI-driven matching services
- Technology scouting and research theme exploration
- University spin-off venture creation support
- Corporate R&D and new business development consulting
16. Contractual Terms
Our services are primarily provided under individual B2B contracts.
